Users must follow the prohibited items policy and use public pickup and delivery points as directed.

Travelers must follow pickup and delivery rules, verify visible items before sealing, and refuse suspicious packages.

Senders are responsible for truthful item declaration and must provide accurate photos and route details.

Receivers must inspect the tamper seal before accepting a package and confirm delivery with OTP or QR code.

Disputes are reviewed by ParcelCirq, and payouts are held until confirmation is complete. Final legal review is required before launch.
