Identity, photo, and location data are used to verify travelers, support parcel handoffs, and document proof of delivery. This information helps reduce risk during pilot operations and supports dispute review.

Delivery proof is used to confirm seals and handoffs, and it is retained only for platform operations and dispute resolution. ParcelCirq does not sell personal data and will follow applicable privacy practices as the platform matures.
