You can request deletion of your ParcelCirq account and associated personal data at any time. This page allows you to submit a deletion request even if you no longer have access to the ParcelCirq mobile app.
What happens after you submit a request?
After you submit a request, ParcelCirq will review the information you provide and may contact you to verify your identity. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data associated with your account.
What will be deleted
When a verified deletion request is processed, ParcelCirq will delete or anonymize account-related personal data, including where applicable:
- User profile information
- Email address and phone number
- Saved addresses
- Sender or driver account details
- Uploaded profile images or verification images, where legally allowed
- App preferences and account settings
- Non-required personal data linked to the account
What may be retained
We may retain certain information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons.
- Completed delivery or shipment transaction records
- Payment, payout, refund, or invoice records
- Fraud, abuse, safety, or security logs
- Records required to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations
Processing timeline
- ParcelCirq will acknowledge the request after submission.
- ParcelCirq may need to verify the requester identity before deleting the account.
- Requests are generally processed within 30 days unless additional time is required by law, security review, or active disputes.
